  • Past hurts in relationships can make it feel impossible to trust others—or even yourself—leading to patterns of people-pleasing or isolation. We will work together to heal those original wounds, quiet your inner critic, and build the confidence to create secure, healthy connections.

  • Sometimes talking about the past isn't enough because trauma is stored in the brain and body, not just in your thoughts. Through EMDR, we use a specialized, evidence-based process to “file away” traumatic memories, allowing you to finally put the past behind you.

    • Anxiety & Panic: Calming the nervous system's "alarm" response.

    • Depression: Finding a way through the heaviness and "shut down" of long-term survival.
